Boy mom!
I think that explains it all and why scent has always been so important to me!
There's so many men in my house (2 teenage boys, 2 boy dogs).
I have always bought so many things to try to get my house smelling great. It really was a
no-brainer when I found Scentsy. I had tried candles, and store bought plug-ins and incense sticks but nothing really got the job done.
The day I received my kit I plugged my warmer in and put some wax in it and that same afternoon I fell in love. Thunderstorm was my first Scentsy love. And now with the "Always Get Your Bar" program I am able to always have it!
I didn't join thinking of actually becoming a business owner but I have been pleasantly surprised every step of the way.
I figured I was already buying stuff and the stores would never pay me for it or for any free advertisement I gave them. I thought to myself would do it as a hobby and that would be fun enough plus I'd get a bit of money back.
I never thought I would also become part of a big family and on top of that I would make money to help my family and that has been a big bonus. It feels amazing to be able to keep my family afloat. September is my anniversary month and I am almost at two years and couldn't be happier.
I have enjoyed going to Scentsy Family Reunion (that's what we call our convention) twice with my younger son. He enjoys it almost as much as I do, if not more. First year we went to California and enjoyed Disneyland. This year we went to Austin!
I can't wait to see where our Scentsy Journey takes us next!!!
